Sometime ago I phone ATO for advise on work test compliance for concessional super contribution. I was given an email address to write to for a written reply to my enquiry.
I have sent three emails so far but have not received any reply except for the Automatic replies stating that I should receive a response within 28 business days. My first enquiry was on 17 Sep 2021 and a reminders sent on 29 Oct 2021 and 04 Jan 2022. It's been over 5 months and I am still waiting for a reply. Is this SEO Advice Technical Support Service still ongoing?
