Hi,

Our company offers a choice of fund for new employees. If the new hire elects to participate in the employer's choice of fund, do we need to always check if the new employee already has a super fund stapled?

Also, as an employer, from November 1, whatever super fund that the new hire provides, do we have to check in the ADP portal?

Hi @Eyndyel, The only time you need to check the employees stapled super fund will be when they choose not to provide fund details. If they choose the employer choice of fund then it will be business as usual. As for how the November 1st changes affect the ADP Portal, it would best to contact that products support team to see how they are managing the legislation change.
