I had a tenant who left owing money. Since she left, I have had many debt collection agencies sending mail to my now place of residence. Also been returning to Sender letters that I have now discovered is from ATO. Waiting for over 1/2hr on the phone, need someone from the ATO to contact me as I know where she is living and want them to find her!

The only thing we can do for you if you call is remove your address from their account. This is done anyway, when we receive return mail, though it can take a little longer. We can't update their address or make any changes to their account, because you don't have permission or authority to make changes on their record. If you continue to receive mail and don't want to call in, I would recommend you keep sending it back, eventually you will stop receiving any.

If you think she's dodgy you can always do an anonymous tip off the the ATO with the new address
