I'm really sorry it took us so long to reply to you about this! But it's an easy fix.

The campaign email is to prompt people with evidence of employing staff to get STP set up. But if they aren't employing staff, like SMSFs paying pensions, you should let us know. Send us a message through OSfA practice mail so we can mark them as not needing to. :)
