Some time ago I got my dasp because I didn’t think i would be able to return to Australia on a work visa, looking deeper in to my case I was actually able to get a work visa. Do I have any problems because I applied for my dasp? What do I have to do regarding my tfn and closed super account. Thank you!

Hi @Rens885,

Welcome back!

Nope, there won't be a problem with your TFN, as it's the same single purpose TFN for life. Your TFN is a unique identifier that is yours for life, it won't change!

As far as your DASP, that's also fine. You can simply return to Australia, open a new super account (because the original one would be closed) and carry on working or holidaying.

Claiming a DASP does not affect any future visa applications or your eligibility to return to Australia and continuing to engage in work / earning more super. 😊
