A Not for Profit social and sporting club with multiple sports use the same building and ABN, can we create a sub entity for Lotto and bingo to be GST free for fundraising?

Hiya @QFBookkeeping

Unfortunately branches can't be considered a sub-entity if its activities are related to the main organisation. You can't have a sub-entity that exists to fundraise for the main entity.
