My mother is entering aged care. To fund this we are selling her house and need her TFN. How do we obtain this. I have Power of Attorney over my mothers afairs...thanks!

If your mother is unable to obtain her TFN herself, you can contact us as her POA to receive it. That being said, we need to have you on her file as her POA so you will need to submit a change of details for individuals form and include a certified copy of your power of attorney to be listed on her account.
Once that has processed we will be able to provide her TFN over the phone.
