BAS submitted but Jobkeeper extension system says it hasn't

Hi,

I've submitted BAS for Jul-Sep 2020.

When I go to the "Manage employees" tab in the ATO Business portal to do the check decline in turnover test for the Jobkeeper extension, it says "Not provided - you have not submitted information to us"

How long should I expect to wait for it to update? I submitted the BAS about a day or two ago

What is the timeframe in which I need to get the decline in turnover test finished by? October 31st?

Hi @leki,

Thank you for attaching the screen shots.

Though it appears by your attachments that the BAS for September has been submitted and processed, so you should not be getting the error that you are getting.

SOLVED

So it seems like after a couple of days the "Not provided - you have not submitted information to us" was still showing.

However, when I clicked through the "Check" button, I could see th BAS information pre-filled.

Summary: Wait a couple of days and ignore the warning that you haven't submittted, click the "Check" button to see.

Hi @leki,

I was going to ask if you had clicked on the "Check" button but thought maybe you had and that is how you got to the summary of lodgement screen.

Thanks so much for letting me know, at least if the question comes up again, I will now know how to advise.
