Hi, i have status processing for > 4 weeks for a revised GST return which says it generates a refund. What does this mean as I have received no further letter from the ATO

Welcome to our Community!

 

There are certain time limits to fix a mistake or adjustment on a previously lodged BAS. Generally, we aim to process revised BAS lodgements within 14 days if lodged electronically. If your refund hasn't been received after 14 days, we'd recommend phoning us to speak with an operator. The operator will need to ask you some identity questions to access the account so have details of the BAS with you when you call.
