MyGovID login no response

I set up MyGov ID and try to link RAM. Downloaded App.
Login MyGovID at step 2, no response, waiting till time out. I can see the code, but couldn't accept or enter.
Tried uninstall, do it again and again. Change Browser with Google Chrome, Firefox, Samsung i.e. none working.
Please advise. Need urgent for ClearingHouseSuper.

Sorry to hear of the issues you're experiencing.

 

Please follow these steps;

 

Android OS:

  • Ensure your device ‘time and date settings’ are set to automatic
  • Ensure your device ‘language’ settings are set to English (Australia).

Once these settings are confirmed clear the Cache and Data by:

  • Open phone Settings
  • Select Apps
  • myGovID
  • Storage
  • Clear the Cache and Data
  • Set up myGovID again with an internet connect that is strong (this will include full verification of your myGovID using the same email, personal details and Identity documents previously used to setup your myGovID)

 

iPhone OS:

Launch the settings app

  • Tap:
  • General
  • Date & Time
  • Time Zone

Ensure your device ‘time/date settings’ are set to automatic

Go back to General

Tap Language & Region

 

Ensure:

  • Language is English (Australia)
  • Region is Australia

Launch the Settings app

Tap:

  • General
  • Storage
  • Select myGovID
  • Tap Delete app and Confirm
  • Navigate to the App Store and reinstall myGovID
  • Set up myGovID again with an alternate internet connection that is strong (this will include full verification of your myGovID using the same email, personal details and Identity documents previously used to setup their myGovID)

If you're not able to get into the clearing house for super while we look into this then you may need to pay it directly to the employee's funds. We have some information on our website about where to pay your super contributions.

Are still having trouble logging in? I ahd the same problem but i compeltely deleted the app and cleared my cache then re-registered and it seemed to work for me
