We went back to work on 8/8/20 that is all but one of us. She has been offered her usual 4 shifts per week but refuses to do them as she is on jobkeeper. The rest of us have to work extra to fill her gap so can she be put off jobkeeper seeing as she has only worked 4 days in 5 months.

Hi @Susie56

This will be a matter of what is a fair dismissal. You'll need to speak to Fair Work for assistance.

A worker on Jobkeeper cannot refuse the employer's reasonable requests to work while receiving Jobkeeper as per fair Work so she can be dismissed or removed from Jobkeeper - check coronavirus.fair work.gov.au

Thanks for that. My next problem is that she is claiming to be sick but has only brought in 2 sick leave certificates since August 8, 2020 which only covers about 3 weeks so can she still be put off work.
