Hi @tax17306
As @KatieAcacia commented, tax professionals have their own cost of running their business that's they need to cover before they make income for themselves. It depends on your arrangement with your tax professional
Regards,
Are you expecting an accountant or tax agent to do work for you for free? Anytime they do work for you they will charge you (if they are any good), or they may charge a package fee that includes all services they offer. They wouldn't be any good at running their business if they offered free services. After all they have to turn a profit or they would go out of business themselves.

@Mekhael Do they need to tell us how much fees they charge before do any service? Thanks
Think of it like ordering a meal in a restaurant. If there is no price on the menu, you need to ask the price before you eat the meal.
With professionals, most will tell you the price before they start, but if they do not then it is up to you to ask before you ask them to go ahead.
If you didn't realise there was a price and if the price is more than you would consider reasonable, then simply talk to them about it. Most professionals are happy to adjust their price if they didn't make their price clear (they generally want a good long term relationship rather than a one-off fee). They are unlikely to cancel the entire price, but if they might offer to reduce it on the basis that they could have been clearer.
Legally though, they don't have to tell you the price before hand (as long as their charge is reasonable for the service offered), nor do they have to offer a discount if you made a mistake.
