We have a casual employee that was eligible to receive JobKeeper payments with us and has been receiving such payment.  The employee has recently informed us that they have been offered a 6 months fixed term contract for full time hours. Is the employee still eligible to receive JobKeeper payments from the first employer (as still a casual employee) and in addition working for the new employer as the employee will not be eligible to claim JobKeeper with the new employer because they would not have been employed as of 1 March 2020. The understanding is that the assessment of eligibility is as of 1 March 2020 and that JobKeeper is not means tested so the employee could continue to receive JobKeepr from the first employer?
