Are Jobkeeper top up payments included in baseline payroll for determining whether payroll has increased for Jobmaker eligibility

Hi @DWJ,

 

Your baseline payroll is worked out by counting the payroll expenses in the three months up to and including 6 October 2020.

 

Which would mean if the JobKeeper payments were received/made in that period they would need to be included.

 

The payroll event that was reported in your STP software for the reference period will be used to calculated your entitlement.
