The employer is claiming for the March period, so this time has already passed and the emplyees have taken time off (unpaid) and another their income fell short of the $1,500.
The emplyer will be required to TopUp these payments.
Question- can the employer force the empoyee to take annual for the TopUp amount. So they will recieve the top up amount but their annual leave will be debited for the same hours.
