Hello,
Currently, I left Australia and my visa was expired. I am eligible to claim the super back as a departing Australia superannuation payment (DASP), but I want to keep my super accouunt because I am not sure if I come back or not.

But due to corona virus situation I prefer to withdraw some of super (20k) as indicated by COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) – early release of superannuation. Am I eligible to access some of my super under "COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) – early release of superannuation" scheme? and do I need to pay tax for it? as I knowed that I will be taxed for 35% if I withraw my super via DASP.

Thank you very much
