Hi all,

An employee on Jobkeeper has resigned and left part way through FN07. His earnings during that period are $1,400 for work, plus $1,600 for annual leave accrued, paid out upon leaving. Total paid earnings for the fortnight are $3,000 approximately.

As the employee has received over $1,500 in the fortnight can I claim jobkeeper? I think I can but clarity would be great.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Philipi,

You are correct.  As their earnings (including the paid out leave entitlements) exceed the $1,500 minimum amount you need to pay on JobKeeper, yes you can claim for them for that fortnight.
