Hi,We are running Hair n Beauty salon by Partner and we don't have any employees.Our business turnover falls more than 40 % due to Covid 19 pandemic.
1)One partner applied for Job keeper payment. we cant pay wages due to Partner but ATO mentioned it should pay before 30th April. what we do?
2) If he applied for Job keeper, which bank details given as business bank account or Personal Bank account details?
3) Other partner can apply for Job seeker payment or not?
4) Job keeper payment receipt it comes under business or personal receipt?
Kindly be given advise as soon as possible.Thanking You,

1) The guidance from the ATO and government is that you should approach your financial institution for wage gap funding.

2) Job keeper is paid to the business, to the business' bank account. Once receive, you are required to pay this to the employee in the same way you pay wages (basically, pay the PAYG tax like normal).

3) This is currently not clear and many are seeking clarification. The rule is that if you have two partners working in the business, only 1 active business participant can claim job keeper, the other partner will need to apply for job seeker.
