We would like to know whether an employee stood down without pay and receiving the Job keeper $1,500 per fortnight can be forced to take accrued annual leave to the value of the JobKeeper payment of $1,500 per fortnight providing accrued annual leave does not go below two weeks remaining?

Hello @BradM

Questions about leave entitlements and work conditions need to be answered by Fair Work Australia, but essentially the answer is Yes an employer can request that an employee take annual leave. You can find further information regarding this on the Fair work Australia page titled “leave and the Jobkeeper scheme”
