Wanted to know if you have been stood down due to decrease in work (only get enough to work a couple hours a week) however the business is still open, do you need to be at work full time to receive the JobKeeper payment?

No you dont. Your employer and you both need to be eligible for JobKeeper then it is up to you and your employer to agree on what hours you work. Of course it needs to be fair in line with your employment conditions. Fair Work can provide you guidance on that.
