Just tried again to call after dinner. Called at 9pm, the service made me identify myself and press a whole bunch of numbers to get through the menus, then told me they couldn't answer my call and hung up on me, even though they claim to be open until 10pm. What a joke.
Rang dead on 8am this morning and got through within 5 minutes.
Spoke with Leanne who was incredibly helpful. All sorted.
If you are a Sole Trader (as I am), all you need to do it complete the enrolment application and wait for the ATO to advise the next steps.

If you have included the incorrect turnover month on your enrolment form, you do not need to correct this information. It will be updated at step 2 in the process when you identify and maintain your eligible employees.
Is there going to be any alternative to calling you?
I'd prefer not to have to wait an hour or so to get through to you.
More importantly though, I don't want to take your valuable time when so many people are trying to get through.
Would it be possible to allow us to delete an enrolment and enrol again.
Thanks so much for everything you are doing. You must be absolutely frazzled.
