Hi,

One of our casual employee found a permanent employment on 27th May and we are no longer the nominated employer to receive JobKeeper from today. We pay our employees monthly and paid her JobkKeeper payment for April of $3,000. Her regular salary is below $1,500. per fortnight. We have also received the JobKeeper payment from ATO for April.

In May, should we still pay her and are we able to claim to the ATO JobKeeper payment for the two fortnights (27/4-10/5 and 11/5-24/5)?

Regards

Hi @LisaSM

Yes , if you paid the minimum of $1500 (before tax) per fortnight equivalent (as you pay monthly) then you can claim JobKeeper for the fortnights you have paid this employee, such as FN03 (27 April – 10 May) and FN04 (11 May – 24 May).
