Jobkeeper and salary sacrifice

If an employee (employed by a PBI) is salary packaging their pay, can they continue to do so if they start recieving the jobkeeper payment, and how would this be handled through STP (as the salary packaging will lower the gross amount reported through STP)?

The best information I could find on salary sacrificing was from the FAQ page at the Department of Treasury website. 

 

"I CURRENTLY HAVE A SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENT WITH MY EMPLOYER. CAN IT
CONTINUE?
Yes. The JobKeeper Payment may be paid to an employee in cash or as a fringe benefit or an extra
superannuation contribution where the employee and employer agree."
