Hi,
We feel we registered for Job Keepr, modified our pay roll system for reporting, paid top up paymnets tec.. We are not sure is this complete or still can get delayed as there may be missing information to ATO. Is it possible to get a confirmation form ATO that yes .. business / ABN has completed all steps for them to take a decision on jobkeepr payment ?

Hi @Rajiv
Thanks for your query you make a good point. l have escalated your feedback.
The JobKeeper payment will be paid to employers monthly in arrears, so If you have enrolled before the end of April, you will receive the payments for April in the first week of May. If you haven’t received your payments by Friday 15 May, you may need to phone us. For other information see Paying your eligible employees
Where bank applications for JobKeeper financial support have requested, employers are able to request a JobKeeper ATO receipt ID (Transaction ID) over the phone from our call centres. The ATO is currently working with banks to accelerate the finance assessment process for JobKeeper-related finance applications.
I hope this helps
Kind regards
MarkA
