Hi all,

At the declaration of job keeper enrol process, should we select "yes" or "no" if we are report tax return yearly(not GST registered) by tax agent(which the deadline of tax return18-19 is 17 May)? We just lodged our tax return 18-19 by tax agent few days ago. Are we one of the people that under the discretion?

"The ATO have the discretion to give further time, but only in limited circumstances, including if you:

    • did not have a requirement to lodge your 2018-2019 return until after 12 March 2020
    • have deferred your lodgment under an extension of lodgment date we initiated"

If we select "no" for the declaration, will our jobkeeper assistance directly got rejected?

We stuck at the "yes" and "no" question for the enrol process...

Hopefully can get some help before 30Apr (deadline of enrolment)

Thank you very much...
