Jobkeeper unpaid maternity leave

Hi currently On unpaid maternity leave and employer has stated I’m not eligible for following reasons:
You are currently on unpaid leave
You were not stood down
You were not working on 1 March 2020
You are unable to return to work even though the company has available shifts for you

I meet all eligibility criteria.
but all the information I have read states I am is anyone able to clarify?

You are considered entitled to receive the JobKeeper payment while being on paid or unpaid leave (such as annual leave or maternity leave) as long as:

 

 

The JobKeeper payment is a wage subsidy for the employer so if an employee is receiving an annual leave payment, the $1,500 will subsidise part or all of this amount – it’s not an additional amount.
