Hi there, if a long term casual resigns midway through jobkeeper fortnight and hasn't worked any hours in that fortnight, does the employer have to pay the minimum fortnightly jobkeeper rate.

Yes, any hours employed = payment for full fortnight

Thank you so they are entitled to the full payment, even though they didn't work any hours in the fortnight. They resigned midway through the fortnight so technically were still employed up until their resignation.
