Must change Jobkeeper Declaration

Hello,

As a sole-trader I've submitted my jobkeeper declaration for May today, but found out that I entered a wrong amount for GST turnovers.

I thought the GST turnover meant the amount of GST I paid, not the business gross income. So I entered $0, while my actual gross income is about $1700.

Is there a way to correct my mistake? Or will I receive a penalty?

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot make changes to your declaration once you have submitted this. The only way you can now do so is by calling the ATO, they can then correct this turnover figure for you.
