Worried you’re missing part of your refund? Remember, the low and middle income tax offset isn’t a refund on its own – it’s used to offset (or reduce) the amount of tax you pay. The offset amount you may be entitled to is automatically applied and could range between $255-$1080, depending on things like your taxable income and how much tax you’ve paid.

Hi @Svitlana,

Thank you for contacting us,

The myGovID documents are limited to few, please refer to  Step 3,  you can't use the overseas birth certificate - only Australian Birth Certificate can be used. Please use any two documents listed under the step 3 to set up the myGovID.

Thank you

Hi @Svitlana,

We can verify most Australian identity documents online, so there is no option to upload documents.

Because you don't have an Australian birth certificate, you may only be able to achieve a Basic identity strength using your name, date of birth, and email address until you complete additional proof of identity requirements. This will allow you to access some government online services until you achieve a Standard identity strength.

What services do you plan on accessing with your myGovID?

Hi @Svitlana,

Australian Visa is for overseas passport holders. If you are a Citizen best option is drivers license and Medicare card. You need to use only two documents to verify the identity.

Thanks.
