We had a permanent full time employee who was eligible for Jobkeeper and we received Jobkeeper for FN1-FN6.  This person then resigned from their full time position with us and we stopped the jobkeeper from FN7.  But we have continued to employ them on a Permanent PART TIME basis from that time.  This person has also taken up a permanent full time position at another employer, but is not claiming Jobkeeper with that employer.

Are we able to restart this employees jobkeeper?

Hi @amk, .

The employee in question can earn additional income without their JobKeeper payments being affected. As long as they meet the eligible employee criteria and maintain their employment with you, then yes, you would be able to restart their JobKeeper payments.

However, please note, the employee in question would not be able to claim the JobKeeper payments with their other employer.

Hope this helps!
