job keeper for students

My Daughter is currently working as a casual for an employer and has been employed for almost 2 years and is a fulltime student (16) also still lives at home, Her employer has got her to fill out the job keeper payment form only to reply to her yesterday to say she is now ineligable for the job keeper payment. Is this information correct

It says if the full time student is NOT financially independent, they are no longer eligible. 

 

If her employer had already paid her wage of $1,500 for the fortnights in April (met the wage condition), I believe this doesn't change, the employer gets the reimbursement from the ATO but she will be out of the job keeper system moving forward.
