Fatal system error

I have been trying for the past month to access my DASP through auskey but after log in says there has been a fatal system error followed by a reference number. Staying to try again later.

Having tried a number of times over the past month it still comes up with this message.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your patience.

 

Looking into your issue we have been advised that its very hard to work out what the error is.

 

We have been advised that you should contact technical support  first for you auskey, to rule out those issues, send screenshots of the error.

 

There is more trouble shooting information DASP online system.
