With the transition to PLS, I am trying to find something that provides that a physical "Agent's signature" on electronic lodgement declarations is not required when lodging via PLS. (Similar to the advice regarding this for the ELS, whereby loding electronically using the tax agen't certificate automatically satisfied the "signature" on a declaration.)

Is there a document that confirms this?

Hi @sophie

Thanks for your patience whilst we checked information regarding your query with a specialist area.

Declarations in PLS are similar to ELS. The agent declarations can be as simple as selecting a tick box before lodgment is made, depending on the software.

The information regarding electronic declarations is contained in the PLS user guide which is readily available on our website.

Thanks, JodieH.
