Re: CRY00005 error code - new issue

Good morning.

 

After receiving this error, I took the advice of this forum and uninstalled/reinstalled the MyGov app on my phone.

 

That appeared to let me in, although now I have a blank screen on my computer, where I would normally see my company (ABN) selection.

 

I have restarted my computer, but I still keep getting the blank screen.

 

Any ideas out there?

I hadn't thought of that. A different browser did the trick.
