Can my employer make me work at other businesses they own on JobKeeper?

Hi,

I'm currently in a managerial role, on JobKeeper along with my staff. My employer has directed me to work at one of their other businesses whilst ours remains closed due to Covid. 19/Stand Down. My staff have been directed to work at a different business to where I'm at. Both businesses are similar and within our normal duties but trade under seperate ABN's.

Is this legal?

Hi @Crocundies

Thank you for posting.

As @MCA_Accountants has advised this is a question for Fairwork.

Before contacting them you may wish to read changing duties locations or days & times of work under the Jobkeeper scheme. on the FairWork website.

Hope you find this helpful.
