Hi,

if I were to quit my current job due to deteriorating mental health, am I eligible to continue to get my jobseeker payments I already receive due to minimal hours available? I am able to get a medical certificate from my doctor and therapist but I am unfortunately not in a position to have no income for 12 weeks.

JobSeeker is administered by Centrelink, not the ATO - you will need to contact Centrelink
