If your employer has asked you to work a certain number of hours and you have not met those hours is it legal for them to use your holiday pay to make up those hours and still pay you the same amount of jobkeepers

Your employer is able to direct you to use annual leave under certain circumstances. The best way to establish the rules under COVID is to go to Fair Work. It will help you establish the variations to your award due to the pandemic. See Coronavirus and Australian work place laws.
