Was told I didn’t have enough sufficient information, they said money would be put back into super. Website says credited to my nominated bank account. This was two weeks ago now. So who knows where the funds are

Thanks for your post. It sounds like a stressful situation.

 

No doubt you have double checked the bank account that you nominated in your FHSS release request but just to be sure, have another look. Depending on how many bank accounts you have, perhaps it has gone into a different account.

 

If it isn't in any of your bank accounts, we recommend that you check with your super fund. Depending on the fund, you may be able to look at your account online. If not, you may need to give them a call.

 

Depending on the outcome of that, it may be necessary to give us a call. If you need to phone us on the superannuation enquiries line, refer to our website for more information.

 

You will likely find that there is a bit of a wait if you phone us. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
