Hi @Gabriele

Welcome to our Community.

If you are trying to apply for your departing Australia super payment (DASP) via our online application system and are unable to progress due to a system error, it depends on what is causing that error as to what your best option will be.

If you have contacted us and we have been unable to provide you with assistance, another option is to send a screen shot of the error to us via email. You can find our email address and the information we need towards the bottom of the help with the DASP online application system page on our website.

If the error that you are receiving is due to your visa, you may need to get in touch with the Department of Home Affairs. A link to their website as well as their email address can also be found on the DASP help page. Refer to the above link.

Of course the above information assumes that you are eligible to submit a DASP application. If you have worked and earned super while visiting Australia on a temporary visa, you can apply to have this super paid to you after you leave.

There are requirements which you will need to meet to claim your DASP. For more information about those requirements, you can check out the eligibility for DASP page.

If you are eligible to submit a DASP claim, you don't have to apply using the online application system. The other way of applying is by submitting a paper application.

For more information on how to claim your super, refer to our website. If your super fund still holds your super, download the first paper form on the page, complete it and submit it to your fund along with any required documents. If we now hold your super, download the second form and send the completed form to us.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
