Issues with DASP online application

I recently connected mygov and ATO, and I started a DASP application, where i was initially asked to link my personal ABN and TFN. I took the details from ATO and connected. After the connection I clicked the link continue but i get the following error.  "A fatal system error has occurred. Details of this error have been forwarded to the ATO system administrators and will be investigated as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please try again later. When contacting ATO please quote Reference Number:"

 

As of now even when i click DASP online application link, i get the same error. Can someone help me fix this issue.
