Hi, I have plans to loan my kids 100k to help with their home extension. We have an agreement they will pay 0 interest but each month will pay me $1,500 in principal payment. This will be on going until the full loan amount is paid back to me. Does this need to be reported in my tax return? Will the same amount of $1,500 coming to my account be deemed as my “taxable income” even though there are no interest involved?

No, because it is a private loan arrangement with no financial benefit to you.
