I've called the number to get the unique code, done all the procedures to getting a request for my TFN and my Birthday.

When it got to the Voice Authentication process, I was in a quiet area and said "In Australia my voice Identifies me", here's the issue. No matter how clear I was, it failed the pull through and just moved on to other options that I don't want. I tried again many times to lead to this same result, following with a notice that the service is busy.

I tried calling again but at 8am, to no avail. I'm seriously getting frustrated by each time, and just want my unique code to link my ATO to MyGov.
