I currently pay 30$ per month for extras with medibank. in 2020 my single income may cross 110,000$. wife no income. and a toddler. what shd be family premium per month for insurance to lessen MLS. pls advise me

With a Family income with 1 child of $110,000, you are way below the threshold of $181,150 so you are not required to pay any Medicare Levy Surcharge.

 

You are, liable for medicare levy of 2% ( $2,200), this can not be prevented even with private health insurance.
