Hi @PatDignam,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Unfortunately we don't have a timeframe on the legislation for employers with 19 or less employees.

We are currently waiting on legislation to be passed through Parliament to extend Single Touch Payroll (STP) to all employers. Any updates to the progress of this legislation will be published on the STP News, events and resources page on our website.

In the interim we are continuing to work with industries to make available a low/no cost solution, covering any concessional or transitional arrangements and have recently undertaken an Expression of Interest (EOI) process with Digital Service Providers.

Thanks, JodieH.

A cynic would answer:  Unfortunately your question ranks right up there with others about when will parliament progress anything

Otherwise the short answer is NO we dont know - it keeps slipping off the schedule
