Problems paying super to superable contractors

Hi, hoping someone may be able to help with our issue we are having.

We are enganging contractors who based on the tool are coming out as contractors (superable) not employees. We are creating a contract with these people based on their legal entity name attached to their ABN which is an ATO requirement.

We then have to have their super paid via our HR system which is where the problem is. We have been advised by HR that the name on the contract (Legal Entity Name) does not match the name on the Superannuation and that HR are not able to process this due to the 2 names not matching. An example of this would be a Doctor who works under her maiden name but her superannuation is in her married name. Has anyone else come across this problem or have any advice.
