My question relates to the consistency of information being displayed across the ATO's website.

Currently Choice of Fund options for Single Touch Payroll are listed at a product level, however the Superannuation tab on the MyGov website displays an individual's superannuation holdings at the Trustee level.

Are there plans to align the references across MyGov so that all references to a member’s superannuation account will be displayed at the product level?  This would prevent confusion amongst consumers where the Trustee name differs significantly from the Fund or Product name.

Hi @Chris_W,

Thanks for your patience whilst we confirmed information regarding your query with a specialist area.

Yes, we will be aligning all myGov screens that currently display super funds ABN name to the USI product name in March 2019.

If you have any queries regarding the super fund details displayed in your myGov account, you can phone us on 13 10 20 between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday to speak with an operator.

Thanks, JodieH.
