Tourist Refund Scheme

I am an uni student. I am doing my entire degree here in Australia under student visa. Is it possible for me to get tax refound when I leave Australia? If so, how would I proceed? I do not work here I only go to uni.  I men tax refound for the goods I bought in AU.
