I have recently looked at my Trade support loan transaction history and noticed that the discounts applied for the completion of my apprenticeship were reversed and debited from the account.
Is there a particilar reason for this as i am still being charged for a loan that should be well and truly paid out buy now.

Hi @tomoco,
Thanks for your question!
The 20% discount on eligible trade support loan amounts is calculated by the Australian Apprenticeship Centre. If it was applied and then reversed, you will need to speak to them about the reason why. Their phone number is 13 38 73.
You can also contact us so we can help you understand the transactions on your TSL account.
Hope this helps,
Rachael B.
