I am on a 417 VISA and have been working as a farm hand. Will I be eligible to deduct expenses for PPE such as boots and safety glasses?

Is there a limit to the amount that can be deducted in each category?

No limit for expenses incurred with a receipt.

 

Without a receipt, you are limited to $300 but must have spent that money.
