IMHO the ATO should spend less time focused on eye-candy, gimmicks, propaganda, etc and spend more time considering how to efficiently administer the tax system.

Why don't you start a new thread asking for suggestions as to how ATO could be more efficient.

You'll likely be overwhelmed by the response.
